I saw BJ HVAC ‘s ad on the television. So I gave them a call to get an estimate on a new HVAC system. Normally I get about 2 or 3 estimates. But the sales representative that came to my home was so professional, polite & knowledgeable about what I needed, I hired the company immediately to replace my system. They came out on the day that they promised to do the job & was done the same day. I was very pleased with my new system & the workmanship of the job they did. Normally I don’t take the time to give feedback. We use Bj heating and cooling to repair a damaged AC unit during a construction project. We had two other companies come out and nearly give us a price twice as expensive.

I called the office and the office manager – Dawn – was able to collect information and coordinate the crew to arrive within two hours of my phone call.

The technician Matt Kincaid was very efficient and personable. Their pricing was very reasonable and would use them again on any other projects/repairs.

At this point I’m just writing a review of my initial experience. I’ll update after the work has been completed. The gentleman that came out to do the estimate was excellent. He was on time. He was friendly. He was knowledgeable. I chose this company because of the great Google reviews and so far, I have nothing but great things to say. I have a feeling the service will be excellent as well, but I’ll update next week once the new unit has been installed.

We had to have an all new HVAC system put in our home and went with them because of their excellent financing and overall cost. We did opt for the extended warranty and maintenance package, which I love just for the simple fact of peace of mind.

They have always been on time, which is excellent when you have a busy schedule. From the salesman to the scheduler to the gentleman that provide maintenance, their staff has always been courteous and polite. I really appreciate that BJ’s does not have a high turnover and they always let you know who’s coming. We have a multi pet household and just recently had the whole home filtration system installed and it makes such a difference, especially if you have allergies. It has been a lifesaver. As a bonus, they love animals! We could not be happier.

The tech called prior to his arrival. He arrived promptly during the time I was told. The tech was friendly, informative, and very thorough. He advised me of the current condition of my unit (nearing the end of its life), but did not push to sell a replacement before it is needed. BJ Heating and Cooling staff from phone reps to service techs have all been very nice and professional to work with. I have been extremely pleased with their company.

The folks at BJ Heating and Cooling are amazing! They do a great job in fixing and getting things right. Last week, my AC broke down. I called them in the morning, and they scheduled me right away for the afternoon. They quickly identified the cause and fixed it correctly. Excellent service!
